Service Policy

BechoLink is an online platform operated by Vyne Technologies (Private) Limited. It lets sellers in Pakistan create a digital storefront, list products, share an order link, and manage their orders, customers and payment details from one dashboard.

What we provide

What we do not do

We are not the seller. We do not stock, ship, or fulfil products, set product prices, or take possession of funds exchanged between a seller and their customer. We are not a party to any sale made through a seller's storefront.

Service availability

The platform is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Seller responsibility

Each seller is solely responsible for their products, pricing, fulfilment, delivery, refunds and customer service.

Pricing

BechoLink is free to start and includes 1 store. A subscription of Rs. 500 per month applies once a seller begins selling, plus Rs. 200 per month for each additional store (up to 10 stores).

Product prices shown on each storefront are set by the individual seller and are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of any applicable charges, before the customer confirms an order. Delivery charges are set by the seller and shown at checkout.

Refund & Return Policy

BechoLink is an online platform that lets independent sellers list and share their products. We are not the seller, and we do not process payments or refunds between you and the seller.

Refunds are handled by the seller

BechoLink itself does not offer refunds. Each order is fulfilled directly by an independent seller, and whether a refund or return is possible is entirely the seller's decision under their own terms.

How to raise a refund request

Contact the seller directly — through the social media page or store link where you found the product, or the contact details shown on the seller's store — and arrange any refund or return with them.

Our role

Vyne Technologies (Private) Limited (operating BechoLink) only provides the technology that connects buyers and sellers. We do not take responsibility for refunds, returns, product quality, or any seller's conduct.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are fulfilled by independent sellers, so cancellations are arranged directly between you and the seller — not by BechoLink.

How to cancel

To cancel an order, contact the seller directly through the social media page or store link where you placed it, or the contact details on their store. An order may be cancelled only if the seller has not yet dispatched it.

Our role

BechoLink does not process or guarantee cancellations and will not accommodate cancellation requests on a seller's behalf. Whether a cancellation is accepted is entirely at the seller's discretion.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Products are shipped by independent sellers using third-party couriers such as TCS and others. BechoLink does not ship products itself.

Delivery time

Total delivery time depends on two things: the time the seller needs to make the product dispatch-ready — shown on each product — and the courier's own delivery time once the parcel is dispatched. These are estimates and are not controlled or guaranteed by BechoLink.

Shipping charges

Delivery charges are set by the seller and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available depending on the seller.

Our role

BechoLink only connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for shipping, delivery times, or lost or delayed parcels. Any delivery issue should be raised directly with the seller.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable charges shown at checkout. The seller reserves the right to accept or decline any order, and confirms each order directly with the customer.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. For prepaid orders, your order is processed after payment is confirmed.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Security

All traffic to BechoLink is encrypted in transit with TLS/SSL (HTTPS). Accounts are protected by industry-standard authentication, and seller data is access-controlled so each seller can only access their own store, products, orders and customers.

Online card payments, where offered, are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways on their own secure pages — BechoLink does not collect, store, or transmit customers' card or banking credentials. Cash on Delivery and direct transfers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank) are arranged between the customer and the seller.
